Refund policy

You will have 3 days from the date of receipt to postmark your return to be eligible for a refund on your order less your original shipping cost approximately ($12). Return shipping address is 2329 Street Rd #1020, Bensalem, PA 19020. Any hair 26 inches and above, clip-ins, lace closures 22" and above, lace frontals 22" and above custom lace orders and wigs are ineligible for return as I consider that to be special order. Hair must be in its original ties and in unwashed, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping cost are eligible for a full refund if a shipping label has not been created. Merchant payment processing fees are non refundable no matter the reason once payment has been taken it will be deducted from your refund.  Regardless of a shipping label being created and your order being shipped. (Some financial institutions charge a non refundable payment processing fee so the restocking fee only applies to those transactions) Fees may be eligible for refund if orders discrepancies are caused by BundlesByKimslifeVlog.
